CITY DEVASTATED BY JAPANESE
LONDON, March 26.
The representatives of the British United Press in Chunking says that Japanese bombing planes have completely devastated Chingchow, which has been evacuated. All foreigners are safe. A Tok io message states that the Japanese claim that the occupation of Nanchang is complete.
