City Of Brisbane Reports The Federal Company has received a wireless message from the A. & A. Lino steamer City of Brisbane, en route from New York and Newport News, reporting that she expects to reach Auckland tomorrow morning. -She will later complete discharge at Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin and is due here on April 3. AWATEA DUE THIS AFTERNOON. En route from. Sydney to Wellington, the Union Company’s liner Awatea has again reported by wireless that she has been delayed by very heavy weather aud cannot arrive off Point Halswell before 1.30 p.m. today. She will berth at No. 1 south Queen’s Wharf and Is to leave again tonight on the return trip to Sydney. KELNT SAILS. Having completed her Homeward loading to the agency* of the New Zealand Shipping Company, the steamer Kent left Wellington yesterday afternoon for London and Hamburg via the Panama Canal. NEW PORT LINE MOTOR-SHIP. The Port Line. Limited, London, have placed with Swan, Hunter and Wigham Richardson, Limited, Wallsend-ou-Tyne, an order for a refrigerated cargo motorship of 11,060 tons dw. She will be fitted with Swan Hunter-Doxford oil engines. NAVIGATION WARNING. The Marine Department advises _ that H.'At.S. Leander will carry out a practice in the Hauraki Gulf involving gun-fire between the hours of 1-30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on March 30. - . CASSEL SAILS. Having completed her loading, the German steamer Cassel left Bluff on Saturday for the Continent. WANGANELLA AT AUCKLAND. From .Melbourne and Sydney, the Huddart, Parker motor-liner Wanganella is due at Auckland this morning. She will leave there again on Thursday for Sydney and Melbourne. MESS-TABLE GOSSIP. Captain W.
