ACT OF VANDALISM
Shop Windows Scratched By Telegraph—Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, March 27. Some time during the weekend an act of vandalism was committed in Main Street, practically every shop window having a plate glass scratched by a diamond or glass-cutter. In some cases the marks are slight, but in others, a deep gash was made.
