Early Issue Of Scrip

According to an announcement made in Australia last week the-directors of Australian Consolidated Industries Ltd. hope to issue scrip for the bonus shares, recently announced, by March 31. The Stock Exchange of Melbourne granted official quotation earlier this week on the basis that the buyer cannot enforce delivery before March 31. Till the end of the month the bonus shares are being quoled in Melbourne separately from old shares, but on the issue of bonus scrip no distinction will be made in quoting both classes of shares as they rank pari passu for dividend.
