VIENNA, March 23. friends state that Dr. Sehuschnigg, former Austrian Chancellor, was released this week and is staying at Perclitolsdorf. No official announcement is being made. 'Die spokesman of Herr Buerckel, Nazi administrator in Austria, denies I hat Dr. Sehuschnigg lias been released, and adds that he will probably be released shortly.
