William Cable and Co., Ltd., have complained that it can be inferred from the said circular that I personally carried out under contract certain welded steel construction work which was in fact carried out under contract by Messrs. William Cable and Co., Ltd. The said company also complains that it can be also inferred from the said circular that certain construction work and jobs were carried out under my supervision whilst in the employ of Messrs.
