Charles William Heginbotham, labourer, aged 61, was convicted by Mr. W. F. Stilwell, S.M., in the Magistrates’ Court," Wellington, yesterday, of the theft of goods worth £2/15/- from William Kowk. He was ordered ,to come up for eentence if called upon within 12 months, and to make restitution.
