NEW CONSTITUTION

Adoption By British Drama League Ar a special meeting held in Wellington recently the New Zealand branch of the British Drama League adopted an entirely new constitution, designed , to overcome difficulties of organization •experienced in the past. Delegates were present from various parts of New Zealand' and the new proposals are stated to have been enthusiastically received. The following were elected as officers under the new constitution: —President, Mr. H. B. Tomlinson; vice-president, Mr. A. S. Farquhar; auditor, Mr. T. L. Buxton; honorary solicitor, Mr. L. H. Herd; members of the national council in an advisory capacity, Miss Amy Kane, Mr. G. H. A. Swan and Mr. A. E. Lawrence; honorary executive officer, Mrs. A. M. Doubling.
