Remand On Bail Granted By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 22. Raymond George . McKenzie, aged 34, slaughterman, appeared before Mr. C. It. Orr Walker, S.M., in the Magistrates’ Court today charged with assault so as to cause actual bodily harm. Detective-Sergeant Walsh, asking for a remand till March 30, said it was alleged that a young married woman was struck on the head with a bottle and otherwise badly ill treated. Accused had not been in any trouble before, but if bail was asked for be would suggest it be substantial. Counsel applied for bail, and the magistrate granted the remand, fixing bail at-£l5O,
