SLOVAK-GERMAN PACT SIGNED

BRATISLAVA, March 20. , It. is stated in official quarters that Herr Hitler and Dr. Tiso signed in Vienna a treaty whereby Germany guarantees Slovakia’s frontiers for twenty-live years, Slovakia to be independent ami to have her own army, money ami diplomats. German troops will be withdrawn when the Czech soldiers evacuate the country.
