NEW INSTRUCTIONS FOR TERRITORIALS

No Mention Of Overseas Service Dominion Special Service. MASTERTON, March 21. New mobilization instructions for home defence were communicated to officers of the Masterton territorials last night. A rumour that local terirtoriais had been prepared for immediate mobilization and overseas service was stated to be without foundation by Sergeant-Major C. E. Rogers, of the Mnsterton defence office, today. A territorial officer said that the new instructions issued last night had no bearing on the present European situation. They related to home defence only.
