Proposed New Share Issue Share Registers of Taranaki Oil Fields, No Liability, will be closed next Tuesday to determine a list of shareholders as at that day who will be entitled to participate in an issue of shares to be made byTaranaki (N.Z.) Oil Development Company, No Liability. The latter company was registered in Melbourne early this month with a nominal capital of £lOO, in shares of £1 each. Its chief object is to provide further funds for the activities of New Zealand "Petroleum Company, Limited. ... Subsequent to the closing of the share registers, a copy of the prospectus of the proposed issue of shares 'by Taranaki (N.Z.) Oil Development will be forwarded toehareholders in Taranaki Oil Fields. Registers of Moturoa Oil Fields, Limited, also will be closed on the same day in connexion with applications for shares which may be available in Taranaki (N.Z.) Oil Development after prior rights have been satisfied.
