WELLINGTON MET H O DIST HARRIER CLUB
There was a fair attendance of member« at the annual meeting of the Wellington Methodh-l Harrier Club. The Rev W. Barker presided.
The annual report staled that the club hail progressed ami grown considerably during the year, the membership reaching a total of 55. Though no outstanding success hail been mdiieved in intervlub racing, the elub had more than held its own and several very creditable placings' hail been gained by individual member**. The following ollieers were elected :— Batroll, Mr. E. S. C. Travel hick ; president. Hie Rev. It. B. Cornell ; vice-presi-dents. Mrs. S. Ingram. Mr. N. Smith, Mr. T. Thorley. the Rev. E. S. Iloddinolt, and I lie Rev. N. P. Larsen: elub captain, Mr. J. 11. Walker; vice-captain, Mr. C. E. Thompson ; field caplain, Mr. I). 0. Walker; lion. secretary, Mr. C. J. McKeon ; bon. treasurer. Mr. .1 B. McKinney.
Retiring ollieers anil oflh-iiils were thanked for their services to the club special mention being made of the assistance of the women’s committee.
