Reports of troop movements by Germany, amounting to 44 divisions, toward Rumania, give rise to the speculation as to whether she is now embarked on her long cherished ambition for a German Ukraine, the outline of which is given in this map. Since the map was prepared, the greater part of the Czechoslovak territory has been occupied by German troops, which are now said to be moving into Ruthenia, on the Rumanian border.
