No Announcement To Be Made Over The Air By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, March 19. Notice has been received by Mr. R. IValls, owner of the radio station 4ZM, which was recently purchased by the Government, that the station is to close down at tlie end of this month. A stipulation is that no announcement to this effect is to be made over the air. The reason for this action on the part of the Government is not apparent, and the station will consequently go off the air on March 31 without any previous notification on its part.
