Modifications Of Pact (British Official Wireless.) (Received March 15, 7.5 p.m.) RUGBY, March 14. In order to improve the transfer, prospects) for debts due to British traders in respect of exports to Italy of goods other than coal, arrangements have been made with Italy for certain temporary modifications of the AngloItalian commercial agreement .signed in March a year ago which established quotas for imports into Italy of United Kingdom goods other than coal and Newfoundland codfish and stockfish.
