Auckland Farmers Suggest Compulsory Training By Telegraph—Press Association. AUCKLAND, March 15. Resolutions assuring the Government of wholehearted support in steps taken to provide an adequate system of defence but suggesting the reintroduction of compulsory . military Training were passed by the Auckland provincial executive of the Farmers’ Union after a spirited debate.
