Ltd. advise that a dividend for the half’year ending March 31. 1939. has been declared on the 9 per cent preference share capital of the company, based on share holdings as at March 31. and will be paid on April 15. Preference share transfer books will be cloyed from April 1 to April 15, inclusive.
