Bakers’ Conference Move
By Telegraph—Press Association. NELSON, March 11. The bakers’ conference decided that tlie executive establish a central executive of four from each Island, with the president. Officers were elected as follows: Chairman, Mr. W. 11. S. Newsome (Wanganui): vice-presidents, Messrs. W. W. Miller (Invercargill) and S. llenqie (Wanganui): executive, Messrs. F. 11. Hawker, C. E. Boon, J. T. Norton, T. B. .Mason. .1. Gilmore (Christchurch), P. Dunn (Ashburton). S. Bryant (Rakaia).
The head office will be in Christchurch.
