BOY DROWNED
Tragedy Near Levin Dominion Special Service. Palmerston North, January 31. ■When swimming at Waitarerc beach, a popular picnicking resort near Levin, this afternoon, Colin Dawson, aged 16 years, of Opiki, Tokomaru, got into difficulties and was drowned. This evening a party under Constable Burrell, Levin, was engaged in searching for the body.
