Mr. L. M. Wright has received the following cabled report on rhe Colombo tea auction of January 29--" At yesterday’s auction of 1,500,0001b5, medium and good quality teas were firmer, while the market for common types remained about steal} at last week’s rates. Next week’s sale is catalogued fur 1,710,0001b5.
