Atmospheric Pressure.- — In addition to a marine barometer, from which readings are taken at fixed hours, the barometric pressure is recorded by this barograph. According to the expansion or contraction of the coiled metal tube, in harmony with the variation of atmospheric pressure, the needle marking the revolving drum is moved upward or downward.
