Mr. E. A. Nicol, formerly of Christchurch and now in Philadelphia. United States of America, is prominent in some phases of the employment problems of the New York and Pennsylvania States. American papers speak of ;.n address by him to the Welfare Council of New York City on “Readjustments in our Social Programme are Necessary to Effect Desirable Transition from School to Work.” Mr. Nleol is a member of. the Board Examiners for the State Pennsylvania under the State Employment Service.
