FRENCH MINISTERS

London Visit This Week PRELIMINARY MEETING (British Official Wireless.) (Received January’ 29, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, January 28. The French Premier and Foreign Minister, M. Flandin and M. Laval, will reach London on Thursday for their conversations witli British Ministers which will follow on Friday and Saturday. The British Ambassador in Paris, Sir George Clerk, and Mr. Ronald Campbell. Minister Plenipotentiary, yesterday called on M. Flandin and M. Laval, and exchanged views with them as a preliminary to the London conversations. While in London the French Ministers will be the guests of the British Government at dinner at the Foreign Office on Friday night, when the Prime Minister, Mr, Ramsay MacDonald, will preside. There will also be a luncheon at the French Embassy on Saturday.
