To-days Recipe PLUM CHUTNEY
Take. 41b. ripe plums, ?lb. seedless raisins, -loz. chillies, 11b. apples, loz. garlic. 111 b. sugar, loz. ground ginger, 1 quart vinegar. Skin the plums and cut into pieces. Put the garlic, apples, mid raisins through a mincer. Put all the ingredients together in a saucepan, allow to come to tlie boil, and cook gently till thick and well blended.
