Melbourne-Hobart Race Bj' Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, January 29. Private advice has been received that the race from Melbourne to Hobart between the yachts Te Rapunga and Ngataki, which previously raced from Auckland to Melbourne, was won by the Te Rapunga, which arrived yesterday after a voyage of 5 days 6 hours 30 minutes. The race was sponsored by the Royal Hobart Regatta. Committee for a first prize of £2O and a second of £lO. Both yachts will compete in the regatta at Hobart on February 5.
