WOMEN’S SUFFRAGE
Discussion in France Paris, January 27. As women's suffrage is again being discussed in France, a lecture at a university by the wife of the Hon. Oliver Stanley. British .Minister of Labour, on the part women had played in public life in Britain since the vote, is widely reported in the Press. One paper has started a referendum of its readers on the question “Should French women be enfranchised?”
