WOMAN’S DEATH
Body Found in River Dominion Special Service. Masterton, January 2S. The body, of Margaret Marigold, aged 43 years, wife of Mr. E. W. Marigold, Macara Street, Masterton, was found in the Ruamahanga River just above the junction with the Waipoua Stream, this morning. Deceased had been iu ill-health some time. An inquest was held at the home of deceased late this afternoon. Tan district coroner, Mr. E. G. Eton, returned a verdict in accordance with the medical evidence that deceased died from heart failure and .shock following sudden immersion in water. The coroner said that deceased had apparently been depressed for some considerable time, and had been well care t for by relatives. There -was l no blame attachable to anyone for her escaping from her home.
