Sweeping Italian Change YOUNG MEN APPOINTED Rome, January 24. Signor Mussolini has announced big changes in his Cabinet. The King has decreed accepting the resignations of the Ministers of Finance, Agriculture, Public Works, Communications,' Justice, and Land Improvement and appointing new Ministers, all young men. Signor Mussolini continues to hold the remaining eight portfolios. All the under-secretaries are also replaced. “It is a State readjustment and not sensational: merely a ‘periodic changing of the guard,’ ” said II Duce.
