PROPOSAL to raise a Special Loan of £7ooo—Paremata Bridge and Road Loan. 1935. , , NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Counties Act, 1920, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and all other powers it thereunto enab.iug the Hutt County Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of £7060 for the purpose of meeting the County’s share of the cost of the construction of a reinforced concrete bridge (including approaches thereto) over the Porirua Harbour near Paremata. and the construction and metalling of an access road tbeiefrom to Pliiumertou aud including fencing, advertising, engineering aiid otner preliminary expenses in connection with the scheme subject to the following conditions'. 1. The term of the loan or any part thereof shall be 35 years. 2. The rate of interest shall not exceed 34 per cent, per annum. 3.
