MONTE CARLO RALLY
French Driver’s Success (Received January 25, 7.10 p.m.) Monte Carlo. January 24. The principal award in the motor rally, the International Cup, was won by a Frenchman, Lahaye Quartresous. An Englishman, J. C. Ridley, was second. Ridlej’ won the Riviera Cup.
