February 4, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. February 5, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Pupils enrolling are expected to bring Certificates of Birth, Proficiency, or Competency and Primary School Leaving Cards. Courses of instruction are:— General or Professional. Commercial. Industrial. The Boarding establishment is modern, splendidly equipped, and provides ample accommodation for Boarders. JuniorBoarders taken by arrangement. Free place pupils may be admitted to Wellington College or Rongotai Boys’ College, as preferred, whose parents reside to the northward of a line commencing at the western end of Taupiri Street, following Hamilton Road, Overtoun Terrace and Belvedere Road to Evans Bay Road. RONGOTAI BOYS’ COLLEGE. /pi-IE School reopens for New Pupils X on Tuesday, February 5, and for Last Year pupils on Wednesday, February 6, at 9 a.m. The following new pupils are eligible for admission without payment of fees: — (a) All pupils who are holding a Free Place at any other Secondary School aud whoso parents are residing or intend to reside in any of the suburbs on the eastern side of Mount Victoria, viz., Hataitai, Kilbirnie, Lyall Bay, Miramar, Seatoun, etc. (b) All pupils from ANY SCHOOLS who have passed either the IVth or Vth Standards, but have not yet gained a proficiency certificate. (c) All pupils who have passed the Proficiency Certificate Examination and whose parents are residing or intend to reside in the localities mentioned under (a) above. Either one or both parents should accompany new pupils to interview the Headmaster on Tuesday, February 5, as follows:— A.-M.: 9.30 a.m.-12.30 p.m. Mc.-Z.: 2. p.m.-5 p.m. All new pupils should bring with them (i) Original or Copy of Birth Certificate, (ii) Last school report, (iii) Proficency Certificate (in cases where such has been obtained).
