BEREAVEMENT NOTICE. MR. AND MRS. JAMES CARTMER, of Lower Hutt, and the daughters of the late Joseph Cartmer, who was drowned in the Otaki River on January 8, wish to return sincere thanks to the Otaki and Lower Hutt Police, and the many searchers who gave their services so ■willingly and whose sympathetic assistance has been greatly appreciated.
