Slight damage was done by lire yesterday afternoon to a large two-story wooden house at No. G Maarama Crescent, occupied 'by Mrs. E. Arnott. The lire was caused by the burning-off of paint, and the fire brigade experienced ■little difficulty in extinguishing the outbreak.
