ORANGE SPONGE Sift into a Ibasin 41b. .dour, 2 teaspoons of (baking-powder, and a pinch salt. Rub in 4oz. butter and add 4oz. sugar and the grated rind of an orange. Stir in 2 beaten eggs, the juice of the orange, and 4 cup milk.
