MASTERTON SHOW
Entries for the blasterton A. and P. Show on February 19 and 20, 1935, aud the Ram and Ewe Fair, February 21 aud 22, which will take place on the show grounds at Solway Railway, arc now coming to hand. There will be numerous cups and trophies open for competition. The classes cover all breeds of stock, poultry, pigeons, home industries, etc.; £9O In cups is also offered in the kennel dog classes, where the dogs are boused in an up-to-date building. The ring events include a wire jump event, which is a new class.
There is a valuable points trophy of a dinner or tea set as a points prize iu cookery and also a challenge cup with a miniature to go to the winner each year. There is also a silver vase for competition In the sewing classes and a trophy valued at £1 1/- for most points in sewing.
