Vessel Found Drifting Hong-Kong, January 18. Six Japanese boarded the 3000-toa steamer Toa Marti, which was towed to Hong-Kong by a Chinese steamer which found her adrift in the China Seas with nobody aboard, and claimed her as a prize.
