SCHEME DRAFTED
Shipping Rationalisation (Britisli Official Wireless.) Rugby, January 17. A statement issued this evening by the International Shipping Conference said “The drafting committee to-day prepared a draft scheme which, subject to further consideration on certain points to-morrow, will be put before a plenary meeting of the preliminary conference later in the day.”
