North Island Titles PLAY AT WAIPAWA Dominion. Special Service. Waipawa, January 17. The* third round of cnampionslr.p events was entered in the North Island lawn tennis tournament at Waipawa today. Weather conditions were ideal. There was a cloudless sky and scarcely a breath of wind. The finals are expected to be reached on Saturday. In the men's singles E. Dickie had a hard task in the second round to defeat Hobin. Both Pearce and Charters came through with ease.
