The Reactions of “Criticus”
Sir. —May I be allowed to give “Criticus” a little timely advice? In my opinion lie is suffering from the effects of high living during the festive season, ami the reaction is setting in. The liver is seriously affected; in fact, the whole system requires . bracing. Although the hairdressers, dining-rooms, trams and footpaths are sadly wanting, perhaps ’f “Criticus” visits the right chemist, he could procure a reputed brand of liver pills, also a delightful cooling drink to be taken on rising (if early enough).—l am, etc., lIABBY ANN, Wellington, January 11.
