ARREST AND RELEASE
- Journalist in Milan Rome, January 13. Dr. Mario Borsa, Milah correspondent of “Tlie Times,” has been arrested. No explanation is offered, but the arrest is believed to be due to political reasons. Bail was not allowed. A later message states that the Rome correspondent of “The Times” says that Dr. Borsa was released after denying accusations that he had criticised the Fran'eo-Italian accord.
