CAIRO TO JERUSALEM
Building New Motor Road (Received January 15, 12.10 a.m.) London, January 14. The "Daily Express” says that tlie Egyptian Government is spending £2,000,000 on a motor road from Cairo to Jerusalem following the track Moses and the Israelites followed. Travellers in future will make the journey in under 40 hours instead of 40 years. Egyptian engineers found water deep below the desert sands.
