Petone Councillor’s Comment Remarking that the Hutt Road an<i k Jackson Street were often used as a speedway, Cr. G. London, at last night's meeting of the Petone Borough Council, said he would like the new inspector, Mr. G. A. Booth, to report on the matter. Railway buses were offenders on many occasions, Cr. London said. The Mayor. Mr. A. .Scholefield, suggested that Mr. Booth given time to look around, so that he would be better able to make a report. . “I am satisfied if that is the wish of the council, but speeding is speeding anywhere,” Cr. London said.
