IN DIFFICULTIES
Famous Motor Firm APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER (Received January 13, 6.30 p.m.) London, January 12. Mr. Justice Eve in the Chancery Division, appointed a receiver-manager to the Sunbeam Motor Company on the application of a debenture-holder, whose counsel said the company was at the end of its resources. He asked power for the receiver to borrow £lO,OOO. The judge granted the request subject to the trustees’ consent.
