WOOL FOR GERMANY
Provision About Shipping
Capo Town, January 10.
Instructions from Germany that wool purchased by German buyers must be shipped in German or Dutch steamers are adversely affecting British steamers. The Llandaff Castle sailed to-day with only 800 bales. A similar practice is followed regarding wool purchased on Italian account, but when Italian steamers are not available any Conference liner may be used.
