A BRIDGE PARTY A family party, consisting of Mr; and Mrs. Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Brown, Mr and Mrs. Jones, and Mr. and Mrs. Robinson, make up two tables at bridge. Robinson plays with bls daughter. Brown plays against his mother. Jones plays with his sister. Mrs. Brown plays against her mother. Brown and his partner have the same mother. Smith plays with his mother-in-law. Who partners whom, and how are the two tables made up? (Answer on Monday.) Answer to Yesterday’s Puzzle The fly covers 48 miles. The point of the puzzle is that the distance the tiy travels can be Quickly arrived at from a calculation of his flying time.
