POSTAL RELATIONS

China and Manchuria SUSPENSION TERMINATED (Received. January 10, 11.40 p.m.) Pelting, January 10. After a suspension lasting two and a half years, postal relations between China proper and Manchuria were resumed to-day as the result of a special arrangement between Chinese postal authorities and Japanese army representatives. The lifting of the embargo will permit the dispatch of mails from China to Europe via the Siberian route.
