London, January 10.
Austrian troops have been dispatched to the Bavarian frontier owing to fears of a Nazi invasion of Austrian territory after the Saar plebiscite, according to an oflicial Hungarian agency report reaching London. Over 1000 troops from lower Austria, it is said, are moving through Linz to take up positions on the frontier where they could repel any attack by Austrian Nazi legionnaires in Germany. A telegram from Vienna admits the movement, but oflicial Austrian quarters assert that the troops are merely exchanging duty with those at present on the frontier.
