PETTY THIEVING
Palmerston North Cases Palmerston North. January 10. More cases of petty thieving have been reported in Palmerston North this week. The residence of Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Cooper, Carlton Avenue, was entered one evening during the absence of the occupants. Entry was made through a window, .and a sum of money and some jewellery were stolen. An” attempt to Break into the home of Mr. and Mrs. D. Christie in Rangitaue Street was frustrated, a search for the intruder being unsuccessful.
