Departure For Australia

To-morrow MELBOURNE TOURNAMENT The team which is to represent New Zealand in the international croquet tournament to be held in Melbourne will leave by the Monowai to-morrow. The members /ire: Mr. H. P. Stratton, Hastings; Captain Hartnell, New Plymouth (manager) ; Mrs. W. N. Corbet, Dunedin and Mrs. W. E. Caldow, Wellington. Mr. A. Ross, of Christchurch, who was also selected, is unable to make the trip. The tournament will commence on January 19, and will extend over six weeks. The tenth will return to New Zealand on February 26,/ ip time to compete in the Auckland championships. It. will be accompanied by three of the representatives.
